Filiatro Beach is one of the most popular and crowded beaches in Ithaca, it is more accessible from Vathi, and in August it is almost impossible to find a place to lie down. This place is not for people who want to calm their minds or want a peaceful atmosphere, but the party lovers can find it amusing.

Many water activities like swimming, snorkeling, and boat riding are available on Filiatro beach. There is a small cove where campers tend to visit for camping. The green water, shinny pebbles, and lush greeneries make the landscape marvellous.
